What is Wellness?

According to the World Health Organization, wellness is “…a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

At Meredith, wellness is an active process for you to become aware of and make positive choices toward a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. You have the ability to participate in physical activities, form relationships that expand and strengthen your body, mind, and soul, and promote strong connections to our community and the environment.
