This one week camp is designed for middle school students, rising 6th-8th graders, to learn how to create compelling and engaging digital stories. Campers will work in pairs throughout the week to produce a 5-minute digital short video. They will learn and apply a range of skills, including: research, interviewing techniques, storyboarding, narration, video production, and video editing. The camp will culminate on Friday, July 21st with a showcase of the digital shorts in a film festival open to family and friends at 1:00 PM.

*Students need to bring their own smart phones for recording purposes. Computers for editing will be provided. If students do not have a smart phone, a recording device will be provided.
