Meredith in Italy Semester Program

Meredith has its own home in Sansepolcro, Italy. You’ll live and study in our study abroad site, the 16th-century Palazzo Alberti, with fellow Meredith students and the faculty in residence.

The semester-long program is available every fall semester and is open to all majors. The courses offered fulfill general education credits, including the foreign language requirement, and are taught by Meredith faculty and local Italian experts. This program is ideal for students in their sophomore year.

Meredith Abroad Short-Term Programs

If you are looking for a shorter time abroad, Meredith offers faculty-led study abroad programs during spring and summer breaks. Spring break programs are usually 10 days long while summer programs range from two to four weeks. Students complete one or two three-hour courses during these programs.

The programs offered vary each year. Some of the programs offered in the past have been

  • Art in Italy
