Music Education alumnae Sarah Moore Kronenwetter, ’13, and Carolina de la Rosa, ’21, have received Teacher of the Year accolades from their schools.
According to self-described “foodie” Michael Altman, food halls are more than just exciting places to try local dishes. His research shows these establishments also serve as entrepreneurial incubators and city block revitalizers.

When Meredith College students returned to campus from winter break this month, they followed in the footsteps of generations of Meredith Angels. This year marks a milestone – 100 years since Meredith College moved from its original location to the current site at 3800 Hillsborough Street.
A group of Meredith volunteers came together in December to restock the Daisy Trade, the College’s on-campus food pantry, for the final time of 2025. This effort was another way Meredith’s community supported others during the season of giving.
