Meredith College has been named North Carolina’s “Hidden Gem” by College Raptor. Meredith was the only school selected for this recognition in our state. The College also ranked #17 on College Raptor’s Top Hidden Gem Colleges in the Southeast U.S. list.
The Office of Institutional Advancement held its annual Retired Faculty and Staff event on October 2, 2025, in Belk Dining Hall West.
Belk Dining Hall renovations were completed in Summer 2025, thanks to funding from Aramark. The space has been reimagined with a modern design and more stations with a variety of menu options.
TEDxMeredithCollege, a student-organized event, was held on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, bringing the theme of “Women in STEM” to the stage in Carswell Auditorium.
This summer, two art students painted the Meredith College seal on the floor of Lux Hall’s lobby.
