The Power of Strong Connections – Sophie Cook

Exercise and Sport Sciences major Sophie Cook, ’23, built strong connections with her peers and faculty, which helped her land an internship that turned into a full-time job. At Meredith, Sophie built her confidence by taking on leadership roles and working as a lab assistant in the Human Performance Lab. After graduation, she accepted a position as a lab tech and marketing assistant for Valencell, a research and development company.
