Meredith’s Dance program is known for inspiring and motivating dancers to achieve their dance aspirations. Through High School Day of Dance, held on Friday, November 14, the dance program did the same for 460 students from 26 high schools in Wake, Durham, Chatham, Person, Johnston, and Alamance counties. This year’s event was the 30th year Meredith offered High School Day of Dance.

Russell Roxburgh, who joined Meredith as Facilities Director in September 2025, is already making a positive impact on responses to facility requests.

The Meredith College community gathered in Belk Dining Hall on November 19 for the annual Friendsgiving celebration, an event hosted by Meredith College Dining Services to bring students, faculty, and staff together before the Thanksgiving holiday.

The Meredith College Cross Country program reached a historic milestone this season as junior standout Delaney Bundy claimed the individual title at the USA South Conference Cross Country Championship, becoming the first Avenging Angel in program history to win the conference crown.

This year’s Corn, held on November 7, 2025, brought renewed enthusiasm throughout Corn Week, and culminated in a beautiful evening with strong performances from each class. The weather was perfect, and the Main Event showcased the spirit and creativity that make Meredith so special!
