What We Do

The SSC team promotes equity through academic and personal achievement with one-on-one and small group consultations that encourage student self-leadership and advocacy. The SSC also collaborates with faculty and staff on advising development and retention efforts.

Why We Do It

The SSC partners with students, faculty, and staff across campus to increase student satisfaction, success, retention, and graduation. The Center also conducts presentations on learning styles and study skills, academic planning, time management, goal setting, and major exploration.
