Meredith Forever, first approved in October 2012, is the strategic plan for the future of Meredith College.
The goals of this plan are fundamental to the well-being of the College, and they build on the strengths Meredith already possesses: educational excellence and relevance, a reputation for quality, a collaborative and supportive environment, a beautiful campus and culture that support learning, and the power to endure.
This strategic plan is a rolling, three-year plan, meaning that each year another set of action items, accountability and resources will be built into the plan. At the heart of the plan are our ongoing commitments to six pillars:
Ultimately, we are a community – one that values shared governance, shared responsibility, shared respect, and shared rewards. Because of this, the strategic planning process has been highly inclusive and transparent, with opportunities for feedback from the entire Meredith community, including faculty, staff, students, trustees, alumnae, and community partners.
