- Holding regular financial forums to keep employees informed on the state of enrollment and the College’s financial picture;
- Traveling to 15 presidential welcome events and attending more than 50 institutional advancement events for donors, students, friends, and alumnae since taking office.
- President’s Porch, an internal communication effort celebrating the accomplishments of Meredith faculty and staff;
When she is not traveling across the country to meet Meredith alumnae/i or represent Meredith at national conferences, she can often be found attending student events, participating in Meredith traditions, or eating in the dining hall.
In 2026, Sapp is focused on developing and launching Imagine | Innovate | Ascend, the College’s next strategic plan, which will boldly lead the College into the future.
