Summer and Fall 2024 Student Account Reminders from the Accounting Office 

The Accounting Office shares student account updates and tuition payment information for summer and fall 2024, including tuition payment deadlines.

Student account information is available online through Self Service. Proxy access must be provided by the student for  parents or others to view or pay on the account. The student must also reset your password if you forget it. If your email  has changed, please have your student update it so that you can receive information. 

Summer School 2024
Student accounts were updated beginning Monday, April 15 for summer school registration and are available online.  Payment for tuition and fees is due in advance of each session in order to secure a seat in the class. There are no payment plans for summer school. 

Payment for tuition and fees for Session I (classes begin prior to June 25) is due in full on May 15, 2024. Payment for tuition and fees for Session II (classes begin after June 26) is due in full on June 15, 2024. 

Fall Semester 2024 Billing Information
July 5, 2024 – Accounts for pre-registered students will be updated for viewing online. We recommend that all students and proxies review the student account periodically. 

August 1, 2024 – To secure fall classes, payment for fall semester tuition and fees is due in full, or completed enrollment in a payment plan is required. 

Fall semester payment options for pre-registered students: 

  • Pay online through Self Service in full with credit or debit card. 
  • Mail a check: Make checks payable to Meredith College and mail to Accounting Office, Johnson Hall, 3800  Hillsborough St., Raleigh, NC 27607. Be sure to include the student ID# on the check. 
  • Enroll in a monthly payment plan: Monthly payment plans are available online through ACI Payments (formerly Official Payments) for five monthly payments (July 1-Nov 1) or four monthly payments (Aug 1-Nov 1). If your student balance is covered in full by loans and scholarships, you do not need to make a payment. Please refer to the student’s award letter for complete information. 

Please note: There is a merchant transaction fee for online payments using a credit/debit card. No fee is incurred for  ACH/e-check payments.
