Spring Strategic Planning Summits Scheduled

Strategic Planning summits for the final two pillars, Financial Strength and Facilities/IT, are scheduled for this spring. 

The Financial Strength summit will be held on Thursday, January 26, from 3:30 – 5 p.m. 

The Facilities/IT summit is scheduled for Thursday, February 23, from 2-3:30 p.m.

Both sessions will be held in Jones Auditorium.

As with the summits held in fall 2022, each will open with brief presentations that will be followed by small group discussions. Input from participants will be captured electronically. 

Previous summits held focused on enrollment, educational excellence, marketing and visibility, and quality of life. A Strategic Planning 2023 site is available on MyMeredith. The site houses session recordings, slide presentations, and forms through which to submit input, for those unable to participate in the live events.
