Space Available in Meredith Travels Tour of Sicily

There are a few spots still available for those who want to join the Meredith Travels tour of Sicily this fall.

Meredith College’s custom thirteen-day tour of Sicily will take you from the island’s largest city, Palermo, and its Norman castles, Moorish influences, and engaging local culture, to ancient ruins in Agrigento and Syracusa, and to Mount Etna, Europe’s most active volcano. As you have come to expect with Meredith Travel tours, there will be UNESCO World Heritage sites, natural wonders, cities – but also travel off the beaten path and a multi-sensory introduction to the many cultures that have inhabited this region.

Dates: September 25 – October 7, 2018
Trip Price: $3,880 per person, based on double occupancy. Single supplement: $735.

Airfare is not included but a group flight option will be available. Palermo will be the arrival and departure airport. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 will reserve your space.

Space is limited to 25 guests. Family and friends welcome.

Meredith also has two trips planned for 2019. There is a trip planned to Belgium and the Netherlands, April 22-May 4, 2019. This 13-day tour, focusing on art, history, and culture, is scheduled for peak tulip season!

In September, Meredith Travels to Scotland, for a tour titled “Highlands and Islands . . . and Castles and Cities too” from September 20-October 1, 2019. This customized tour begins and ends in Glasgow, with stops in Edinburgh, the Isles of Mull and Skye, and the stunning lochs and glens of the highlands.
