Sign up to receive your Meredith College W-2 and 1095-C online

There are many benefits to receiving your W-2 and 1095-C online.

1. It’s a secure and confidential way to receive your W-2 and 1095-C
2. Online W-2 statements are available earlier than our traditional January 25th release date for paper statements
3. It eliminates the possibility of lost or stolen statements via USPS
4. You will have access to view and print your W-2 and 1095-C statements whenever you want (2010 and after)
5. Reduces paper and helps the environment

To sign up, simply login to Self Service using your NetID and password, select “Employee”, then select “Tax Information.” On this screen, you can see if you have previously opted to receive your W-2 and 1095-C in electronic format or withhold consent.

 If you aren’t currently signed up to receive your W-2 and 1095-C online, you can select “Change Preferences” to make the change and sign the electronic consent by December 31. If you previously signed up, there is no need to do so again. You can also change your preferences at any time.
