Second Strategic Planning Summit Held

The second strategic plan summit, part of the process for creating the next iteration of the Meredith Forever strategic plan, was held on October 26. Faculty and staff were able to participate in person in Jones Auditorium and virtually on Zoom.

President Jo Allen opened the Educational Excellence summit, which includes curricular and co-curricular programs.

To help guide the discussion, Senior Vice President and Provost Matthew Poslusny and Vice President for College Programs Jean Jackson presented about the programs and departments that are included in their divisions.

The presentations were followed with small group discussions. Participants were able to discuss questions relating to curricular and co-curricular opportunities in small groups. This input was captured electronically.

A Strategic Planning 2023 MyMeredith site is now available. The site houses session recordings, slide presentations, and forms through which to submit input, for those unable to participate in the live events.

A recording of the first summit is available on this site, and the input form is still open. Recordings of each summit will be added as soon as they are available.
