Office of International Programs Leads Fall Field Trip

The Office of International Programs led a Fall Field Trip for students from international backgrounds, out of state students, members of the Meredith International Association (MIA), and members of the Refugee and Immigrant Club (RIC) on October 3.

The Fall Field trip was co-sponsored by the Office of Retention and Student Success and the Dean of Students Office. The field trip included a Historical Trolley tour of downtown Raleigh and dinner at the Morgan Street Food Hall.

This event was a way for students to see firsthand the benefits of living in Raleigh, and to get to know Meredith College staff members who can support them during their four years at Meredith.

Leaders of the Fall Field Trip were Traci Johnson (International Programs), Jessica Sharpe (Residence Life), Brandon Stokes (Office of Retention and Student Success) and Tomecca Sloane (Assistant Dean of Students).
