Meredith Parents and Families Support Campus Security Enhancements

Meredith families generously support a campus project that benefits all Meredith students each year. The project for the 2023-24 school year will fund campus security enhancements.

Meredith has raised almost $25,000 toward the $30,000 goal for the initiative. When you make your gift to the campus security project, you are contributing to funding that is used immediately to benefit current and future Meredith students.

“We are looking forward to enhancing campus security technology in innovative ways to ensure our campus is proactive with the safety of our students,” said Chief of Campus Police Al White. “The current funds will cover the cost of two new cameras, their equipment, and maintenance.”

The new cameras will be located at the front entrance to campus and the back gate. These cameras will provide additional surveillance to Meredith’s two campus entrances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Chief White is working with Flock Safety to purchase this new equipment.

All families are encouraged to make a gift to the Parents and Families Project, and we invite families to honor their student with their gift.
