Mimi Mays, ’20, and Kirby Jones, ’19, are among the current group of Meredith Legacy Scholars who are earning their degrees.Learn more about these two scholars, and their plans for their Meredith experience.
Mays is pursuing a double major in psychology and communication, with minors in French and professional writing. Her career goal is to become a college or university professor.

Jones is studying English and pursuing 9-12 licensure. Now a sophomore, Jones has conducted undergraduate research, become a student advisor, and holds an internship with Young People For (YP4), a national organization that helps students develop and implement a blueprint for social justice in the community.
