Giving Day is February 27

The annual Make It Count for Meredith Giving Day will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. The goal for the 24 hour giving challenge is to raise $1.1 million.

Donors can honor a strong woman, group of women, or person in their life with their gift and can designate their gifts to any area they wish to support.  Donors may also request that Institutional Advancement send a letter to the special person they honored.

Gifts on Day of Giving show our students that you support their education and campus initiatives. Every gift makes a difference for current and future students.

The Meredith Fund invites you to help spread the word about the day. You can share the promo video, use the zoom backgrounds in your meetings this month, and print a sign and post it on social media on Giving Day using #MakeItCount4MC. Inform alumnae and friends and ask them to visit meredith.edu/makeitcount4mc to learn more.

“Giving Day is such a wonderful day where the Meredith community comes together to support current and future students with gifts,” said Jean Gambrill, director of the Meredith Fund. “There is so much excitement on social media. Donors share who they are honoring, recall favorite memories from Meredith, and give to areas that are important to them. The support for our students is incredible.”

Last year, 2,762 donors contributed and helped Meredith exceed our Giving Day goal by more than $300,000.
