Volunteers Needed for Spring Formal
The annual Meredith College Spring Formal is scheduled to be held at the Crabtree Valley Marriott on Saturday, March 25, 2023. This event is a tradition open to all Meredith students and their guests. It is held in honor of the graduating Senior class. We are looking for faculty/staff VOLUNTEERS to help us that evening.

The dance will begin at 9 p.m. and continue until 1 a.m. We also will have a Coach Bus to shuttle any students who decide to take advantage of this option for transportation. The buses are equipped with ADA wheelchair lifts. Volunteers will be scheduled in one- to two-hour blocks (unless volunteers are available for longer hours). Most volunteers will be working at the hotel and a few volunteers will be needed for the bus pick-up site at Meredith, along with some volunteers needed to travel on the bus.

If you are interested in volunteering your time, please fill out this Google Form with your preferences on assignments and the times (between 9 p.m. and 1 a.m.) that suit your schedule. Please fill it out by the end of the day on Friday, February 24, 2023. The Spring Formal Committee looks forward to a wonderful evening and we encourage you to join us! Questions?  Email Cheryl Jenkins at jenkinsc@meredith.edu or Stem Martin at eamartin@email.meredith.edu.
