Instructor of Education Manley Midgett is the recipient of the North Carolina Science Teachers Association (NCSTA) Lifetime Achievement Award for 2022. Read more about this award

Assistant Professor of Psychology Candalyn Rade was a co-author of a presentation, Service delivery to justice-involved persons during COVID-19: Work-life effects and implications for essential service providers, at the Midwest Academy of Management Annual Conference held in October.

Meredith Art Department Holiday Art Sale
The Meredith Art Department Holiday Art Sale will be held Thursday, Nov. 17 from 4-7 p.m. and Friday, Nov. 18 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. on the first floor of the Gaddy-Hamrick Art Building. The Holiday Art sale is an annual art sale organized by the Artists’ Alliance and the Art Department to help fund the Mass Grant. People in and outside of Meredith can buy and sell a variety of artwork, it is a great opportunity to connect with the community.
