Colton Review Launches New Website, Prompt Challenge

The Colton Review, Meredith College’s art and literature journal, has a new website and blog. The student editors, Krista Wiese and Olivia Slack, invite faculty and staff to explore the new site and to participate in the publication’s Prompt of the Month challenge. 

The website, coltonreview.com, hosts an online version of the latest print edition of The Colton Review and includes a blog where they plan to publish original creative work by members of the Meredith community. 

Everyone in the Meredith community–including students, faculty, staff and alumnae/i, — can submit creative work in response to the September Prompt of the Month. All submissions will be featured on the blog. 

“This is a great opportunity to practice your writing in a casual and accepting environment and to support Meredith publications,” the co-editors said.

Consider sending in a short story, personal essay, excerpt, or poem written in response to the photo by October 15.
