Join us on campus in May to relive your Meredith days at Alumnae Reunion Weekend! Our celebration of 125 years of Going Strong will continue at this year’s Alumnae Reunion Weekend. We hope all alumnae will join us on campus May 13-15, 2016, for Alumnae Reunion Weekend. Whether or not it is a five year class reunion, all classes are invited to be a part of this special weekend.
Highlights of the weekend include: a Reunion Party on Friday evening hosted by President Jo Allen, ’80, and featuring live music from the Band of Oz. Join us in the Courtyard as you enjoy dancing, beverages, and hors d’oeuvres. And, consider staying on campus with your friends in a residence hall.
Saturday morning will feature a State of the College, where President Allen will provide a College update, highlighting 125 years of Meredith’s history and sharing her vision for the future. Claire Sullivan Slaughter, ’72, president of the Alumnae Association, will offer remarks, conduct a brief business meeting, and recognize our distinguished alumnae.
Saturday afternoon activities will include a campus luncheon, shopping at the Alumnae Market, and a construction update on the renovations to Johnson Hall.
The weekend will conclude with an Alumnae Worship Service where Gloria Boyd Johnson, ’80, will serve as our worship leader. There will be special musical performance by the Alumnae Choir.
The complete schedule, registration, and other important Reunion information is available on meredith.edu.
