Assessment Matters: Spring 2017 Student Satisfaction Survey
- Published
The results from the Spring 2017 Undergraduate Student Satisfaction Survey are now available from the Office of Research, Planning and Assessment (RPA). Results show that student satisfaction is up in most of the areas surveyed, and that in many cases it is at the highest it has been since we began implementing the survey in 2012.
The following are some areas that show notably increased levels of satisfaction:
The results from this survey are used by a number of units on campus in their annual assessment processes, as well as by the Director of Retention and Student Success to reach out to students who have expressed particular concern(s) or are deemed a retention risk. A summary trend report is available on the RPA MyMeredith page – listed under Institutional Survey Reports.
Please contact RPA if you need data in a different format (e.g. as percentages) or broken down by sub-group(s) (e.g. we provided a report to the Office of International Programs with the satisfaction ratings of all international students).
Thank you to everyone for working to enhance the experiences and satisfaction of our students.
