After graduating from Meredith College in 1976, Nancy Pentecost Siska received a master’s degree in counseling from Wake Forest University in 1978.
Siska was the Cargill, Incorporated, Corporate Vice President of Human Resources from 1997-2007 and held other leadership roles in her 25-year tenure with the company. She was the first woman to be a Cargill corporate officer and member of the Management Operating Committee. Other board and governance roles include the Minnesota Private College Council, The Minneapolis Foundation, Rush Creek Golf Club, Plymouth Congregational Church, Perspectives (an organization helping disadvantaged women and children), and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Twin Cities.
Siska resides in Orono, Minn., with her husband and two children. She was born in Suffolk, Va.
