Profile

Jenna McChesney joined Meredith College as an Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology in 2022. She earned a masters degree in I-O Psychology from Minnesota State University and her PhD from North Carolina State University. Her research broadly focuses on the use of technology in the contexts of recruitment, selection, and career development. Her work has been peer-reviewed and published in academic journals, including Nature Scientific Reports and the International Journal of Selection and Assessment. As a scientist-practitioner, she has conducted research and consulted with both local and international organizations, including pymetrics (now Harver) and UNICEF.
