Emily Caldwell was raised in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. Her professional history has ranged from implementing International Programs at Illinois Central College, teaching Spanish at Illinois State University and Illinois Central College, and working for an international education non-profit organization in Pennsylvania. She founded two international nonprofits, both dedicated to improving health and education (one in the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador). Not only is she the Assistant Director of StrongPoints at Meredith but she is also an online adjunct professor at the University of Lynchburg teaching leadership courses. She feels that her purpose or ‘why’ in life is to use her strengths and passions to inspire others to maximize their potential through coaching and mentoring.
