Crystal joined the Meredith Autism Program (MAP) staff after graduation in May of 2003 as a preschool shadow & one-one-one trainer. Within a year, she promoted to Team Supervisor and then to Behavior Consultant overseeing the programming for children enrolled in the MAP. After a short hiatus, Crystal has returned to MAP as a Behavior Consultant and obtained the national certification of Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA®). Crystal graduated with distinction from Capella University with a masters of science in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in June, 2017. She has since obtained the national certification of Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®). Crystal now serves as the Associate Director for the Meredith Autism Program and is an adjunct faculty member in the Psychology Department.
