Meredith College Middle School Dance Intensive Summer Program

Spend the day growing as a dancer and performer in this contemporary technique and repertory intensive for rising 7th, and 8th, and 9th grade girls and boys with previous dance experience. Dancers will spend the mornings in a supportive yet challenging curriculum including contemporary modern, contemporary jazz, and yoga for dancers. All classes will be taught by Meredith College dance faculty. The afternoons will focus on performance as dancers learn one of two works selected and adapted from the 2023-2024 Meredith College Dance season. The last day of camp will feature an afternoon performance for guests of the dancers. All classes will be taught on professionally sprung floors.
