ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodation requests for you or a guest should be made by March 11th through Cheryl Jenkins at jenkinsc@meredith.edu.

New this Year! BUS SHUTTLE on US Coachways Bus 

-Complimentary Bus Shuttle all night on 30 minute intervals – arrive 15 minutes ahead of your shift
-Buses are equipped with ADA wheelchair lifts
-No Non-Meredith guests allowed
-Buses will pick up at Meredith at Jones Chapel and drop off at back of Hotel (and vice versa)
