Alumnae Receive 2013 TBJ Women in Business Awards



Three Meredith College alumnae have received The Triangle Business Journal’s 2013 Women in Business Award.

Alumnae Christine Craig, ’97, Lisa Cunningham, ’80, and Amanda Wilkins, ’93, were among 26 women to earn the honor this year. Christine Craig is vice president of government affairs at WakeMed. Cunningham is commercial account manager at Scott Insurance. Wilkins is vice president of client solutions and product development at Bivarus Inc.

Recipients are selected by a team of judges. The leadership awards were created by The Triangle Business Journal to celebrate success and recognize women’s leadership in the Research Triangle area. The recipients were profiled in the August 23, 2013, edition of The Triangle Business Journal, and were recognized during an awards luncheon on August 20.
