The MBA concentration in Innovative Management is offered for students who wish to pursue innovation within a company where they are currently employed. This concentration includes electives in negotiation, project management, and entrepreneurship. 

Combined with the core MBA curriculum, these classes empower you with the skills to advance in the competitive world of business management:

  • Negotiating skills - required in virtually every aspect of management
  • Business planning skills - enables the manager to evaluate and develop new opportunities
  • Project management skills - helps the manager multitask and supervise complex interlinking tasks
