Leaders in human resource management in Raleigh and beyond are critical to any organization's success. They're often the first and last impression a company makes on employees. As such, strong, knowledgeable, and ethical human resource management professionals are always in high demand.

To meet the need for skilled professionals, the Meredith MBA now offers a human resource management concentration. The concentration is designed to complement the MBA's core curriculum (and to capitalize on Meredith's notable strength in the field). By completing an MBA with a concentration in human resource management, you'll enhance your career and create opportunities for professional advancement.

Through Meredith's MBA program with HR in Raleigh, you'll learn to make strategic personnel decisions and the ins and outs of employee and labor relations. You'll become adept at attracting, motivating, and retaining the best talent for your organization. You'll become an even stronger business professional.

To earn the concentration, you'll complete the 24-credit-hour Core MBA – along with three HRM electives for a total of 33 credit hours.
