Personal Training - We are currently taking new clients.
The Lowery Fitness Center offers personal training for all Meredith College faculty, staff, and students. Receive one-on-one individualized training sessions to achieve health and wellness goals. Personal Trainers help clients determine goals, create exercise plans, and track progress to achieve goals.
To register for Personal Training, please complete the follow steps:
Step 1. Complete the General Health Form.
Step 2. Complete the client intake form and upload your completed and signed General Health Form to the client intake form.
Step 3. Click on the online calendar to select an appointment time with a personal trainer.
