Monday, January 7 - Thursday, April 25, 2019

Monday - Thursday              7:00a.m. - 10:00p.m.

Friday                                   7:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.

Saturday                              10:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.

Sunday                                12:00p.m. - 7:00p.m.

The Lowery Fitness Center will be closed for the following breaks and holidays:

Monday, January 21 (Martin Luther King Day)

Saturday, March  9 - Sunday, March 17 (Spring Break)

Friday, April 19 - Sunday, April 21 (Easter Recess)

 

Personal Training

The Lowery Fitness Center offers personal training for all Meredith College faculty, staff, and students. Receive one-on-one individualized training sessions to achieve health and wellness goals. Personal Trainers help clients determine goals, create exercise plans, and track progress to achieve goals.  After completing the client intake form, sessions may be scheduled through the online calendar.
