The Lowery Fitness Center is now offering Personal Training for all Meredith faculty, staff, and students. Personal training will be one-on-one individualized training sessions or small group training sessions to achieve health and wellness goals. Personal Trainers will help clients determine goals, create exercise plans, and track progress to achieve goals. After completing the client intake form, sessions may be scheduled through the online calendar.
