Personal Training - We are not taking new clients until Fall 2019 semester.
The Lowery Fitness Center offers personal training for all Meredith College faculty, staff, and students. Receive one-on-one individualized training sessions to achieve health and wellness goals. Personal Trainers help clients determine goals, create exercise plans, and track progress to achieve goals. After completing the client intake form, sessions may be scheduled through the online calendar.
