Fall 2018 Lowery Fitness Center Hours 

Monday, August 20 - Friday, December 14

Monday - Thursday     7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday                          7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday                     10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday                     12 p.m. - 7 p.m.

The Lowery Fitness Center will be closed the following dates:

  • Labor Day weekend (Saturday, September 1 - Monday, September 3)
  • Fall Break (Thursday, October 4 - Sunday, October 7)
  • Thanksgiving Break (Wednesday, November 21- Sunday, November 25)

Personal Training

The Lowery Fitness Center is now offering Personal Training for all Meredith faculty, staff, and students. Personal training will be one-on-one individualized training sessions or small group training sessions to achieve health and wellness goals. Personal Trainers will help clients determine goals, create exercise plans, and track progress to achieve goals.  After completing the client intake form, sessions may be scheduled through the online calendar.
