  • Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • Friday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • Saturday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Sunday 12 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Closed for Thanksgiving Break, November 22-26

  • Reading Day, December 7, 9am - 10pm
  • Friday, December 8, 7am - 7pm
  • Saturday, December 9, 10am - 6pm
  • Sunday, December 10, 12pm-9pm
  • Monday - Wednesday, December 11-13, 7am - 10pm
  • Thursday, December 14, 7am - 6pm

The Lowery Fitness Center will close on December 15 for the Holiday Break and re-open on Monday, January 8 at 8 am and resume regular hours for the spring semester.

Personal Training

The Lowery Fitness Center is now offering Personal Training for all Meredith faculty, staff, and students. Personal training will be one-on-one individualized training sessions or small group training sessions to achieve health and wellness goals. Personal Trainers will help clients determine goals, create exercise plans, and track progress to achieve goals.  After completing the client intake form, sessions may be scheduled through the online calendar.
