The Meredith College Teaching Scholars program offers enriched programming to attract the best and brightest high school seniors interested in the teaching profession. Students who have applied for admission to Meredith College are eligible to apply for the Teaching Scholars program.

The deadline to apply for the Teaching Scholars Program is November 16. 

Step 1. Submit your Early Action application for admission to the college.  

Step 2. After submitting your application, you will receive an email with instructions to log in to your applicant portal.

Step 3. Use your log in information* to apply to the Teaching Scholars Program. Along with the application, students must submit an essay, resume and references. 

Step 4. Finalists will be invited to interview with faculty, professionals in the education field, and current students on Saturday, December 6, 2025.

*Log in using the Admissions Applicant Portal Temporary PIN or password you established after you submitted your application for admission to the College.
