The Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship recognizes transfer students with 30 or more transferable credits who have been inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society. These awards are available each year for entering Transfer students who provide documentation of induction into PTK. Scholarship is in the amount of $5,000.
Noting your Phi Theta Kappa induction on your application for admission is your application for the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship. Documentation of induction such as a copy of your induction letter, induction certificate, ID card, or notation of PTK induction on your official college transcript is required for the Scholarship to be awarded.
The Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship is renewable for a total of six semesters, subject to the recipient’s remaining a full-time student. The PTK Scholarship can be stacked with a Transfer Academic Incentive Scholarship, but may not be combined with a First-Year Academic Merit Scholarship.
