Remote Instruction at Meredith College on Friday, Jan. 21, 2022

With the potential for inclement weather in the Raleigh area, Meredith College classes will be held remotely on Friday, January 21, 2022.

In addition, employees who can work remotely can do so during all shifts on January 21. Employees should consult with their supervisors who are encouraged to be flexible and recognize that some employees may live in areas that are impacted differently by the weather. Please always use your best judgment about coming to campus if you live in an area that warrants additional caution.

During any winter storm, Meredith departments including Campus Police, Dining, Residence Life and Facilities have plans in place to ensure campus services remain available. Supervisors of essential personnel should coordinate staffing with their teams.

Belk Dining Hall will be open and any changes to its schedule or that of the BeeHive will be shared on Campus Dining’s web page and on Instagram @meredith_dining.

Learning Center appointments will be held virtually as well. The Learning Center will not be open for drop-in appointments.

The home basketball game against Southern Virginia originally scheduled for Friday, Jan. 21 is being rescheduled for another date because of inclement weather.
