Recent Graduates Included in Campus Climate Survey

Meredith is conducting a Campus Climate Survey to better understand the realities and experiences of BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of color) and other members of marginalized groups within the Meredith community. The survey was sent via email to students, faculty, staff, and alumnae/i who graduated within the past 10 years. It will remain open through October 30, 2020.

The Diversity and Equity Campus Climate survey, which will be conducted through the Higher Education Data Sharing (HEDS) Consortium, will provide an anonymous platform for providing feedback regarding the perceptions of Meredith College’s climate and level of support for diversity and equity. The survey will also provide data as to whether and how frequently campus members have experienced discrimination or harassment. In this regard, your feedback is extremely valuable to our efforts to ensure that Meredith is an inclusive environment for our students, faculty, staff, and administrators and to know what meaningful action Meredith College should take.

Recent graduates, please look for the email you should have received on October 5 from President Jo Allen that contains the link to take the survey. Note that this will be a single-use link that is individual to you and must not be forwarded to anyone else.

Results for the survey are expected to be available in January/February 2021.

Thank you for taking time to complete the survey and for helping us to make Meredith even stronger.
