Parents Approach Another Major Fundraising Goal

After the success of last year’s Parents and Families Project at Meredith College, campus security technology enhancements have been the focus of this initiative for a second year in a row. 

During the 2023-24 fiscal year, parents and families donated over $30,000 to security enhancements. Just before the new year, two license plate reading cameras were installed on campus because of these generous donations. 

Campus Police Chief Al White plans to install blue light call boxes with a second year of available funds from this project. As of May 21, parents and families have donated $27,870 with a total goal for this initiative of $30,000 before June 30, 2025.
