Opportunities to Support Recruitment this Fall

Greetings from the Office of Admission!

Our Admissions team is hard at work meeting with high school counselors and students virtually this fall, but we need your help to connect with prospective students and help build strong, lasting relationships with young women who are considering Meredith College.

As an ARMS volunteer, you have the opportunity to participate in strategic outreach to high school seniors in the fall, high school juniors in the winter, and admitted students in the spring. Our fall outreach emailing week will take place in October/November (date TBD) and will focus on reaching out to prospective high school seniors encouraging them to apply to Meredith and attend our Virtual Think Meredith Open House on Friday, October 23.

If you haven’t been involved with the emailing outreach weeks in previous years and would like to be involved this year, please email Anna Lambert at Alumnae are able to share their stories of success and college experiences during these outreach weeks in order to inspire students to apply to Meredith, so your message to these young women is valuable!

Another way to support recruitment efforts is referring students to Meredith. Alumnae can complete the “Refer a Student” form if they would like to connect a prospective student with Meredith. This referral would merit an application fee waiver if the student applies!  Our application for students to apply is available online.

The Office of Admission values the potential impact of alumnae building and shaping the next strong class at Meredith. If you are interested in volunteering or have questions about ARMS, please contact Anna Lambert, ’09, Assistant Director of Admission and Regional Recruiter for Mid-Atlantic States, at
