Meredith Student to Play Lead in Local Production of Cinderella

Meredith College freshman Lauren Knott, ’18, is playing the lead role in the 2014 Raleigh Little Theatre (RLT) production of Cinderella. The performances will be held in December.

RLT's production of Cinderella has been a Raleigh tradition since 1984. Knott has appeared in the ensemble of the production for the last two years. She recently performed in acclaimed productions of Xanadu and Steel Magnolias at North Raleigh Arts and Creative Theatre (NRACT).

Cinderella runs from December 5-20, 2014, in Cantey V. Sutton Theatre. Thursday and Friday showings are at 7:30 p.m. while Saturday and Sunday showings are at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Tickets for all events at RLT can be purchased by calling the box office (919)-821-3111, Monday through Friday, noon-5 p.m., or by visiting raleighlittletheatre.org. All tickets are $33.
