Meredith Poll Director Discusses the State of Polling

David McLennan, professor of political science and Meredith Poll director, served as a panelist for a North Carolina Free Enterprise Foundation (NCFEF) “State of Polling” event held on Friday, June 22, 2018.

The event, the first in NCFEF’s Summer Series, featured Tom Jensen, director of Public Policy Polling, as a co-panelist.

McLennan discussed the challenges of polling, polling techniques, and what polling reveals about the electorate heading into the 2018 mid-term elections.

NCFEF is a non-partisan, non-profit organization focused on political research and educational programming.
