Meredith College Set to Welcome Students for Spring 2025 Semester

Meredith College administrative offices reopened on January 2, ready to welcome students after the Winter Break. 

Here are some important dates and information to support students as the new semester begins.

New student orientation will be held on January 6-7. New resident students move in on Monday, January 6. View the orientation schedule at meredith.edu/first-year-experience/fye-nso.

Returning resident students may move back into the residence halls beginning at 9 a.m. on Sunday, January 5.  Please note that Belk Dining Hall reopens for dining service at 2 p.m. on January 5.  

Spring 2025 classes will begin on Wednesday, January 8.

The following campus offices are now open to assist students during regular business hours (Monday-Friday):

• Academic Advising/Student Success Office
• Accounting
• Admissions
•  Campus Police (for Camcards and assistance) 
•  Dean of Students (including Office of First Year Experience)
•  Financial Assistance
•  Meredith College Campus Store
•  Registrar
•  Residence Life 

The following offices will also have extended hours until 6 p.m. during the drop/add period on January 8, 9, 13, and 14:

• Accounting
• Financial Assistance
• Registrar

How to order books: Students may order textbooks now to have them by the first day of class. Visit the online bookstore at meredith.edu/textbooks and log in with your Meredith Net ID and password to see the required materials.
