Library Services for Spring 2020

Though we may be spread far and wide right now, and you aren’t able to come into the library, the library staff wants you to know that we are still here for you and all your research needs! Most library services will continue through our virtual branch and we have pulled together links, useful tools, FAQs, and happy distractions for you during this challenging time.

Through a collaborative effort, the Library has developed a webpage that will guide you through all our virtual Spring 2020 services: Library Services Spring 2020.  On this site you will be able to find access to our chat service, our online databases, and much, much more.  There are tabs on the guides for faculty and students that list our services available for both you, and them, so feel free to share this guide with your students.

Another guide, that is linked to our services guide and you can also share directly with your students is our Fun Things To Do Guide. This guide highlights fun things from our collection that our students, you, and your children can engage with when you need a break. We’ve created a virtual book club, provided links to our streaming services, craft books, our juvenile collection, and more! We have also compiled virtual museum tours and free resources available from coloring pages to artist lectures. If you need a moment of Zen, or something cute to look at, check out our animal feeds tab–the panda cam will not disappoint!

As always, if you cannot find what you are looking for, the library staff is eager to help and is only an email, online chat, or zoom meeting away!
