Traci Johnson has been hired as Assistant Director of International Programs. Traci has been at Meredith since 2014, most recently as Program Coordinator for the Learning Center and Community Engagement.
As Assistant Director of International Programs, Johnson will support Meredith undergraduate and graduate students from international backgrounds, develop and manage programs to support their success, and collaborate with campus partners for admission and retention efforts. Please consider her your resource for supporting F-1 students, DACA recipients, undocumented students, and other students in our community from international backgrounds.
Johnson earned a B.S. in business administration with a minor in Spanish from Elon University and a Master of International Studies from NC State University. She studied abroad in Peru, Costa Rica, and Turkey during her college career. Her proven record as a strong relationship-builder, a passionate advocate for international education, and a loyal champion for Meredith College make her an excellent fit for this role.
