Do you remember when you first Discovered Meredith? The sight of the buildings, the feeling of tradition, the excitement coming from the current students? I do. I can remember seeing the Meredith College sign from 440 and getting butterflies in my stomach. I was very nervous. I am sure I am not alone.
For several years now a special day has been set aside for Meredith alumnae to share their passion with young women in their lives. Whether it’s your daughter, granddaughter, neighbor or babysitter, now is the time for you to showcase our incredible institution. We have so many exciting ventures for students. We are evolving and retaining our outstanding level of graduates. On this day, those undertakings will be discussed along with the vision for our alma mater. It will prove to be very informative and, in keeping with Meredith tradition, enjoyable.
Alumnae play an essential role in helping to keep the College a strong and vibrant institution! This is a simple and wonderful way for you to have a significant impact on the life of the College. This is your chance to reach out to a young woman who would benefit from studying here. It truly is an opportunity to change her life. I look forward to seeing you there.
