French Students Attend VCU Film Festival

A group of nine French students, along with Drs Maldonado and Machelidon, attended the Virginia Commonwealth University French Film Festival in Richmond, March 31-April 2. The annual film festival focuses on recently produced French language films and is the largest celebration of French film in the world after the Cannes Film Festival.

This year, Meredith was present as the festival celebrated its 25th anniversary. Students enjoyed an exciting weekend immersion in French culture and film. A convivial lunch at the famous Can Can Brasserie concluded the event. Join the group next spring as they head back to Richmond.
