Campus Community Invited to Meredith Mentors Launch

The Meredith Alumnae Association and Office of Career Planning are launching an online mentoring program called Meredith Mentors on April 15 at 3 p.m. in the rotunda of Johnson Hall. Faculty, staff, and students are invited to the event to learn more.

The new online platform will connect current students, alumnae/alumni, faculty, and staff and enable them to support each other professionally and personally through a short-term connection or long-term relationship.

Meredith has more than 22,000 alumnae/alumni and the goal is to connect our current students with our strong graduates who want to help them find their career path, the best internships, advice on graduate or professional school, and life after Meredith, to name a few topics. There will also be discussion groups to connect others who share the same interests or experiences. Meredith Mentors will also allow graduates to connect with fellow alumnae if they settle in a new city and need guidance, or even identify graduates to serve as panelists for classroom lectures or events.

Are you curious to learn more and see how you can connect with graduates and current students? In addition to learning more about the online platform, there will be assistance to sign up on the website, giveaways, raffles, and refreshments. Please join us!
