RPA Partnering with the Office of Career Planning
The Office of Career Planning and the Office of Research, Planning and Assessment (RPA) are collaborating to gather information about the level of interest among campus constituents in developing an Exit and First Destination Survey to be deployed prior to graduation. This would be a coordinated attempt to gather assessment data on program outcomes, career plans, and to update contact information, prior to students leaving Meredith for their lives ahead. A short survey has been sent to all academic assessment liaisons to complete. Please let either Dianne Raubenheimer or Dana Sumner know if you need further information.
Google drive for assessment resources
RPA has created a google drive with a variety of assessment resources. This was based on the request made by some assessment liaisons during the RPA Comprehensive Program Assessment. The folder, Assessment Resources, has been shared with all campus faculty and staff and it can be located in the shared drive. The list of folders available can be seen in the graphic below. If you cannot find what you need here, or would like to recommend additional resources, please contact either Dianne Raubenheimer or Dilnavaz Sharma in RPA.
Assessment mini-grants up to $500 are available to faculty and staff interested in pursuing an element of assessment, such as attending an assessment-related conference, developing assessment materials, coordinating a faculty/staff assessment retreat, researching a topic on assessment, etc. Proposals are submitted at https://meredithir.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8k3RgoEajcvXhys and approved by the Council for Institutional Effectiveness. A report on the mini-grant project is expected within 6 months of completing the project. A summary of proposals funded in recent years can be located on the RPA MyMeredith page.
