Alumnae Athlete Reunion Held

The Meredith Alumnae Association and Athletic Association hosted an Alumnae Athlete Reunion on February 2 from 2-6 p.m.  Alumnae attended the Meredith vs. Methodist basketball game at 2 p.m. and were recognized at half time at center court. Additionally, Meredith Basketball won the game 52-44, over Methodist.

After the game, dinner was held in the Cate Center.  Meghan Rahn, ’12, and Sue Allen, ’75, spoke about their Meredith experiences as student athletes. Director of Athletics Jackie Myers and Basketball Coach LaQuanda Quick also shared updates from Athletics.

Alumnae were represented from the classes of 1957, 1967, 1974, 1975, 1983, 1986, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2018.
