Meredith College alumna Adair Mueller, owner of the incredible new Durham Food Hall, welcomed Meredith hospitality and tourism students for a tour of the hall.
She took time out of her frenetic schedule to talk about life and the challenges of operating her business before and during Covid. The venue is now fully open for business and actively booking events in its upper-level space.
“We all look forward to eating more yummy food there and sending students to volunteer, intern, or work with them,” said Michael Altman, Director and Instructor, Hospitality and Tourism Management Program.
